by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Infoshik
("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time

Payments & Subscriptions
Payment Terms:
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Taxes may be added to your purchase where applicable
Subscription Services:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through your account settings
No refunds for partial periods or unused services
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
Refund Policy
Course Refunds:
14-day money-back guarantee for unused courses
Pro-rated refunds for subscription services
No refunds for completed courses or certifications
Special event tickets are non-refundable
To request a refund, contact support@infoshik.com within the applicable period. Refunds will
be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property:
All course materials, software, and content are owned by Infoshik
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission
Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written consent
Your Intellectual Property:
You retain ownership of any work you submit
You grant us a license to use submitted materials for service improvement
You represent that you have the rights to any content you share
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Services for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
You must stop using all Infoshik materials
We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFOSHIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve (12)
months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability,
so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infoshik and its employees, contractors,
and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities,
costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of and access to the Services
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit or share
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the
courts located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction
and venue there.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material,
we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree
to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using
the Services.
